170g Berry Shortbread by Beatties Biscuits A classic shortbread base with rice flour. I found these dried berries at a food fair. They mix the mainly raspberries, strawberries and black berries together and dry them into a leather and then cut them into cubes. They don't sweeten with sugar, instead relying on the natural sweetness of the berries. Afternoon tea - yum!
